TD Bridge - manual authorizations

We have recently had an issue where we had to take manual authorizations (voice) for a couple of transactions. We are using the TD Bridge software so RMS automatically processes our credit card transactions. Any suggestions on how to enter these transactions with their authorizations using this software without triggering duplicate charges?

You will have to call TD. I know if the TD Bridge can't connect it will ask for a Manual Authorization but I don't know if you can forcibly do a Manual Authorization.
