Tender Amount for a cash transaction refund

Hi, I am having a weird problem that when we try to do a refund for a cash transaction or a cash and gift card transactions the Tender.AmountOut is empty. So basically the Tender Window does not show any amount. Any thoughts. Thanks in advance
