comment box on POS

when I download internet orders to the POS some customers leave comments like "leave at front door" and so on, but most of the time the whole comment dosen't fit in the comment box. Is there a way to make the comment box on the POS larger so the whole message will fit?

Thanks Todd, When I get orders online they are passed to the POS through a web intergrator from New West Tech. when I load the order to the screen it only shows the first 30 characters or whatever fits in the comment box window. Should I be able to scroll around in that box to see the rest of the message if you say It holds 255 characters? if so why am I not able to? Any Suggestions?
