I have a Star SP200 and am using Windows drivers for my receipts. I set up the receipt template, but no matter what, my receipts come out to 11 inches in length. There is a bunch of white space at the bottom. I set the receipt length to 4 inches in the template, but it makes no difference. I assume the problem is not with the template itself.
I am thinking there is a setting somewhere in Windows to print to the Generic Text Only driver at letter size length no matter what. I can't find this setting.
Any ideas?
