I am using RMS 2.0 and star TSP143
When I configure my RMS to use cash drawer, I need to configure the printer to use OPOS. However under OPOS, my 40 column receipt font/size is as not as good when using Windows Driver
Does anyone with same setup as mine have any sample receipt.xml that printed nicely under OPOS driver ?

Have you tried to contact the customer support team? I have used them many times and they are very helpful. They have different levels of support members to help even the most complicated questions and problems regarding their POS software.

I use the TSP143 utility to controll the cash draw. in the control panel>printers click on properties.
There is a tab to configure how the printer works. select open cash draw before printing. set the timing to 10 ms.
then you just set it to the Windows printer settings in RMS
