Update Quantity to ZERO

At the store levels get them to create a Physical Inventory Count for all items. Then Calculate and Commit the count with all items still equal to 0. Once that is done at HQ run your 501 worksheet and upload the new quantities. Lastly run your Task 190.

physical inventory count, helped me to make the quantities in the store 0 and i did 501,190 in HQ level.

but again when i make workshseet 401 the quantities in HQ goes to the previous count but in negative -

i can not update the quantities one by one in the HQ cuz it is more than

1000 records..

Tell me What to do please....

and select PartnerSource on the left. Once logged into PartnerSource, Solutions on the left and select Retail Management for lots o' RMS info. Select Discussions on the left for all 3 newsgroups and info on how to join them.
