Update Quantity to ZERO

Hi all,

My customer wanted to update his HQ and SO quantities to zero, i wrote him a query which was UPDATE item SET quantity = 0 WHERE quantity 0

up to now everything was ok, all quantities in Hq and stores were Zero. i did also worksheet 501 and 190 and everything was ok too, but today he came back to me and told me that, the quantities returned back to the previous records....

Can Anyone help me in that please ? i keep on facing this problem and i never get a solution for it.. Thanks in advance

At the store levels get them to create a Physical Inventory Count for all items. Then Calculate and Commit the count with all items still equal to 0. Once that is done at HQ run your 501 worksheet and upload the new quantities. Lastly run your Task 190.

but again when i make workshseet 401 the quantities in HQ goes to the previous count but in negative -

i can not update the quantities one by one in the HQ cuz it is more than

Anna,

If you are a RMS reseller, why are you posting here instead of one of the two or both, RMS reseller newsgroups? One of them even has an real live MS employee answer your RMS questions!!

Do you always ask your customers (this newsgroup) how to fix your other customer's problems?

For starters,

and select PartnerSource on the left. Once logged into PartnerSource, Solutions on the left and select Retail Management for lots o' RMS info. Select Discussions on the left for all 3 newsgroups and info on how to join them.
