Dealer changed EDC infomation so Visa was not generating Authorizations for Visa transactions.
All transactions went thru as cash. Merchant is out thousands of dollars. Who is responsible at Microsoft for dealer competency?

There is a dealer department but it is the same as yours. You can call customer source and complain. But doubt it will do any good. Some one should have noticed, and I always run personal card thru to see if everything works.
