X and ZZ Reports

I have just upgraded a customer of mine from QuickSell to RMS and I'm having an issue with X and ZZ reports printing on the register. The customer only uses 1 register but has license for 2 "just in case". Receipts from transactions print fine but x and zz reports just say "transaction complete" on the screen and print nothing.

Jeff lephew,

Jeff is absolutely right. In the receipt format window go to the last option Report : & select the XReport from the list.
