Whenever I run an X,Z,ZZ report it does not get printed to the printer or the Journal. The sales receipt prints fine to both. Am I missing an obvious setting somewhere. I have read and read through documentation and newsgroups to no avail.

Make sure you have a receipt selected for the X,Z report in receipt properties. You have to have one defined for all the different functions(Sales, Layaway, Workorder, etc.)I believe the X,Z receipt is at the bottom of the list. After you select the receipt you want, hit OK, go exit POS if your in it, and re-enter. You should now be able to print and journal X,Z receipts. Craig
I am getting a similar issue. X, Z and ZZ report are showing up with 0 data. As if no activity took place. The sales receipt are printing correctly.
However I have defined receipt for X Z and ZZ reports. Any idea what am I doing wrong?

I just upgraded from Quicksell and i'm unable to print x report ( does not show up in journal)
The Z report works fine
