Just started usinf RMS and find that even though sales are journaling fine and daily sales reports accurately show totals, whenever I run an X/Z/ZZ report, the Tender Type is cash an the amount is $0.
Is there something that needs to be set to enable these reports?
Thanks Jeff but there was only one open batch.
The fix (hopefully it is the fix) seems to have been found.
The receipt format for reports was > Comickaze,
the server and you have Terminal Offline enabled, you create a new batch. Also each time you do a Blind Close too.
other open batches you have and can close them there. One should have only one open batch per machine, the rest should be closed by double clicking on the batch number.
