For some reason after a new install. I am not able to launch quickbooks. The quickbooks tool will start, flash to the screen then disappear. It is not located in the toolbar or taskbar as a hidden utility running in the background. When I try to use Add/remove programs it will go through the uninstall process then ask for the product key, then indicate that that product added is not correct. This is the same key on the yellow sticker that was able to install on an older computer that is not used any longer and off the network.
Is this a regedit issue or is there another program that is causing problems.
