One Administrator - Multiiple Readers

Aug 27, 2006 1 Replies

In my organization I'm the only person allowed to make QuickBook entries; however, there are couple of officers that need to view QuickBooks, but not make any changes to the work I've done.

What's an easy way to set up QuickBook Pro 2006 so the companies can be viewed by multiple readers without those multiple readers being allowed to make any entries in the program?

You need to set up Users for each of the officers.

Go to Company>>Setup Users and create the users. The first User is the Admin (you) with a password. Then setup a User for each Officer and specify what areas of QB they can view.
