Hi,
I have been using QB 2005 for almost three years. There is an annoyance, though, with printing envelopes from the invoicing screen. If I switch to another program after clicking Print/Print Envelope, because I have to prepare an out-of QB document, There is a "program is busy" dialog which appears in QB.
Then what happens is this: I alt-tab to Word, where there is a dialog for printing the envelope waiting for my response. I click OK to print the envelope. I alt-tab back to QB, where the "program is busy" is waiting for my response. Either button I click ALWAYS causes QB to crash.
I guess I could change what order I do things, but this shouldn't happen.
Has anyone come across this before, and, is there a fix?
