QB Search

I haven't used QB's search function hardly at all so I'm pretty clueless.

I have created a job under a customer and a sub-job under the job. It's along the lines of Customer/Job/Extras. I've posted all of the labor and materials that belong to Extras to Extras. I can't figure out how to bring up a listing of everything posted to it though. As I want to bill them for this part now it would make things a lot easier if I could bring this up rather than sift through my invoices. :)

You can use Reports for this. Under the Jobs, Time & Costs menu:

Unbilled Costs by Job. Click modify then, on the filters tab, highlight name and then select the job you want expenses for.

Profity & Loss by Job. This gives you a summary of all revenue & expenses per job and you can double-click the figure you want detail on to see a listing of all expenses.
