Hi everyone,
I've tried unsuccessfully to find the tax line number for credit cards (I'm new to this software). Is it in the 1000 series or am I way off on this and it's elsewhere? Any suggestions/comments would be greatly appreciated!

From your address, you are Canadian - in future, save time for yourself and others by making that clear in your question. Now - are you looking for a line number for T1 (Individual) tax returns, or T2 (corporation - GIFI) returns? appreciated!

André, use one of the following:
2700, Short-term debt 2701, Loans - Canadian banks 2960, Other current liabilities 3149, Line of credit (long-term debt) There is no line specifically for credit cards in the commonly-used "short form GIFI". There probably is a line in the long-form GIFI, but it's not used by QuickBooks or other software that I'm familiar with.
