tracking users

I'm using a 5-user Quickbooks 2003 pro package on a WinXP Pro P2P network. I would like to know if quickbooks keep a log file of who log in, what time etc...that the admin account can access. Thank you,

Hi !!!

Create 5 different user id's each having separate password. Now go to Edit> Preferences> Accounting> Company Preferences and check on the 'Use audit trail'. Now to log on to the QuickBooks each user will have to use his user id and password. Any entry recorded, changed or deleted by any user can be seen in Reports> Accountant & Taxes> Audit Trail.
