QB Pro 2002 5 users

I'm with a firm using QB Pro 2002 5 users. Our DB file around 165MB is on a server and client installs access it through a mapped shared drive. All QB installs are updated with all updates. Until recently we did not use but

4 simultaneous users at any given time. While not the fastest but not extremely slow either, it worked quite reliably for 4 users. We recently have been using 5 users simultaneously and this is where we are running into problems. When a 5th user opens the DB file and runs reports (this is generally the only function they do) all clients drag down to nearly a halt depending on the report. I believe this is related to other issues I have read about where QB Pro 5 user is not really a true client-server application thus it is bogging down as multiple users run reports over a network. It's not a network issue. So my question is will the Terminal Services solution help resolve this issue? I believe that it will as all reports will run faster and thus other clients should wait less for data. If so, is this the only resolution at this point?

Thank you for any advice.

No, there is another solution. QB Pro 2006 now uses a client server database and can handle a larger database. Moving up to the Enterprize (2006) solution will give you even more speed.
