I'm trying to turn off the credit card verification feature in RMS (I'm processing credit cards manually). I have gone into Store Operations Administrator...tab EDC and checked "Do not use electronic data capture software". In addition, I have gone into Store Operations Manager...database...tender types...clicked on "Visa" properties...verification tab...and made sure "Perform verification via EDC" was not checked.
Problem is everytime I tender out using a Visa, it brings up a window requiring "Credit Card Verification". I've even tried entering a new tender type...Visa2...but the Credit Card Verification window still pops up.
Any idea how to get rid of it?
