Credit Card Verification

I'm trying to turn off the credit card verification feature in RMS (I'm processing credit cards manually). I have gone into Store Operations Administrator...tab EDC and checked "Do not use electronic data capture software". In addition, I have gone into Store Operations Manager...database...tender types...clicked on "Visa" properties...verification tab...and made sure "Perform verification via EDC" was not checked.

Problem is everytime I tender out using a Visa, it brings up a window requiring "Credit Card Verification". I've even tried entering a new tender type...Visa2...but the Credit Card Verification window still pops up.

Any idea how to get rid of it?

cant you just tender out as cash, and then process the CC seperate, thats how we have been doing it for years!!

Change the Tender Type to 'Other' instead of Credit Card.

Do a Z out at the register and it should work.
