Window Won't Resize

This is an odd little problem. Suddenly the receive payments window in QB



2004 basic cannot be resized to the small size I normally had it. I can resize any other window at will, to any size I'd like, but this one window almost fills the entire screen and cannot be resized to a smaller shape.

To clarify, I am resizing other windows by grabbing with mouse and holding down left button and dragging to resize...but in this one window....this isn't working.



This seems like an odd issue, but I hope someone may have some ideas!

Try using the Preferences to set everything to One Window rather than multiple where the window fills the QB screen. If its already set that way then the solution would be to select for multiple windows. Either way, try setting the preference to the opposite of what you have now, close & reopen QB then change the preference back to see if that unlocked the window in question.
