American Express have recently changed the way they handles downloads (in Canada, anyway). Now my transactions are coming in with either no date, or with the date different than how Quicken is set up. The problem is that no matter how I have Quicken set up (mm/dd/yy or dd/mm/yy), the Amex transactions come in with the date in the opposite format.
Amex has no feedback e-mail and I must write the company directly (and hope it gets forwarded to the correct person). I have already phoned them and was told to write them with my problem.
Has anyone else been having this problem? For the record, I am using Quicken 2002 and everything worked fine until the beginning of December when Amex changed their website.
