Using qkn 06p r3. Although the update summary shows that the last amex connection was this a.m. & there are no new transactions, the online balance was way off. When I went to the amex site, there were 4 transactions listed for new activity, when I manually cleared these in the q registry the online balance was correct. Any ideas--is this a qkn or an amex problem & how do I resolve?

What did American Express customer service say about it when you called them?
Likely a timing difference of when you download verses when the numbers are available. Where is there data center located verses where you reside verses when you download.
Just thoughts....
Nothing has downloaded since the first of the year. Deactivated & reactivated the acc't, same message, also validated file w/no errors. The transactionss were 01/04-01/06/06, all transactions that did download were
2005's.
The online balance is updating to show that there have now been 5 transactions that cleared (the last 01/9/06), it is just the transactions that don't download.
