In my previous questions I should have said I am using Q 2007. When I create a report and do Show Report some of the columns on the report are truncated. I then use the sliders on the top to adjust the column widths then print and save the report. I seem to be having a problem the next time I open the saved report. I wind up having truncated columns again. Is there anyway to avoid this. Once again thanks for the help.
