Asset classes not downloading

Mar 09, 2011 4 Replies

Beginning yesterday and continuing today, One Step Update has not been fetching the asset class distribution for any of my mutual funds. Most are showing up as "other" or "unclassified". Prices are being downloaded correctly. Until now, the classes downloads have been regular and without incident.

I have checked each account and fund and all are still checked for download. I've also restarted Quicken and also rebooted Windows.

Windows XP and Quicken 2010 R10.

Anybody else seeing this?

Found this on Quicken web site:

Quotes Update may result in Asset Class being changed to "Other" for Mutual Funds.

Glad you found the link. Good to see you back.

Seems to be working today.

This is from the very same company that used to avoid publishing release notes for updates, apparently to improve their product's image.

Intuit seems to be trying to be much more proactive than they were now. Recently I posted an inquiry (on seeing the detail of data Turbotax imported from Quicken). They lead me through a systematic search for any existing answers to my question. The next day I received an email with the results of yet another search for answers to my question.
