The BoA monthly checking account report for October has deteriorated considerably; it was in 4 point (estimated) font and barely readable on the screen. A printout was also illegible, especially since they choose to put the $amounts in blue, and with an old color cartridge, comes out a thin sepia. September's report was great. Furthermore, they left out the essential list 'by check number' for reconciliation purposes. Accompanied by that was a luxuriant invitation in glove-grey envelope which offered some benefits of no interest ot me and a remark about rebating the $75 annual fee (!) and even restoration of check images which up to now were automatic. I left an email to notify them about my displeasure, but no results over 3 days now. Has anyone else had this experience?
