I have been having trouble receiving downloads from the Bank of America, usually with a note indicating 67 downloads, but the account window would have only 3 or 4 Billpay type downloads for future dates, which I did not want to accept. it would be accompanied by an error message saying that the account to which it's being downloaded, did not exist. I found out by accepting these phantom downloads, the normal download was successful. I got no help from a chat with the Intuit tech. I thought this might be helpful to someone. John Polasek
