Can not see/reiew downloaded transactions - need help

Help please. I upgraded to 2007 Quicken H&B. seemed all is well. but for the last couple of days it lets me go and update via online my accounts. Yet it reports at end that I have X number transactions to review/approve to go to register. I do not get the pop up window shoing me these transactions and now have 6 that seem to be gone the downloaded transactions tab shows zero yet the report was this morning

9 were downloaded. In my old 2006 the window poped up with the downloaded new list and I coud check off to get them into the check register. I was playing with settings coud I have changed something?? Help!! I really need to see and get the new downloaded and the past ones int my register

Thanks

Have you upgraded to R4? I seem to remember it said something about online improvements.

One of the instructions for the upgrade was to download the most recent data and reconcile before applying the patch. I had just downloaded (that's how I noticed there was an patch), but I clicked to install before reconciling. DOH! I had the exact same problem. I had the flag telling me I had transactions to receive, but there were none.

Fortunately, I back up my files each night. I just replaced the current file with the back up copy and I was back in business. This same issue has happened to me before and I spent a ton of time trying to fix it. I read a ton of news groups, called tech support, etc. In the end, it was a simple procedure to copy over my file with a back up copy. Hopefully, you have a good backup copy and not one that was created after the problem started.

TG for back ups...
