cannot update

Have the new q deluxe 2011 and updated all my data from QD 2008 successfully to it.

Received a message that there is Quicken update available but when I try to download it it stays stuck on "requesting update files" and then after a while I get a popup that says something like "sorry we were not able to update. Please try later".

I tried 2 more times with the same result.

I'm running Windows 7 64 bit. Any suggestions?

What release of Q2011 are you now running?

It's one I bought 2 days ago from Intuit. Quicken 2011 Deluxe Release R 5(20.1.5.24)

Even though it updated when first installed it informed me today that there was a new update version and asked me whether I wanted to update now or later.

It was a firewall problem. It now updated to version 6.
