Bank of America accounts not updating

I have a test file downloading checking, savings and credit card transactions from BofA using Express Web Connect. The BofA downloads in that file have worked flawlessly every day since before the above linked discussion was begun on Dec. 18, 2020.
Later on in the discussion a Quicken employee suggests: "Please hold down F4 and selecting [sic] Help > About Quicken and provide the connection method being used. FDS or QCS? Once you have made a note of the Connection Channel, please choose 'Change Channel'."
To which the op replies, "Following the instructions for F4 and About Quicken does not show anything about a connection channel."
It seems to me the op does not understand how to use the function keys. For some keyboards, holding down F4 is not as simple as just holding down the key that has "F4" on it.
