This Community discussion demonstrates a classic example of a user jumping to false conclusions - then seeking to blame Quicken (and expecting restitution!) ... for a problem that was the user's responsibility.
[FWIW: there have been multiple Community reports of BofA download failures in the last several months. I have not had any problem with BofA "downloading" for many months (from both before, and after, their switch to Express Web Connect +). But since virtually none of those users reporting the problem provided much, if any, detail; it's hard to say what there problem(s) might be. I doubt that any of them ever checked to see if something other than Quicken could be involved.]
