Quicken not downloading current bank totals

I've been downloading account information from Bank of America to Quicken

2004 for quite a while, but for some reason for the last few days it won't download any transactions after December 1. My Schwab accounts download just fine, but the BofA accounts still show no transactions after December
  1. I've tried several times, but always the same result. Not sure whether this is a Quicken issue or a BofA issue (though my BofA online shows everything). Anyone else have this problem?

Not I.

While I am not running Q2004, I can download from BofA to Q2005 and Q2006 with no problem. I think it is remotely possible that your problem could be version specific, but I don't know of any evidence that would support that conclusion.

You did not say what method of download you use; web-connect, or direct. If you use normally direct download from BofA, you should also be able to use web-connect ... and you could go to their web-site and try a web-connect download to see if that makes any difference.

And/or you could Deactivate your account for transaction download, then reActivate it again.

I have been downloading directly. I can use web connect and it works fine, though it creates a new account rather than updating my existing Quicken account. But I don't want to do this all the time because I have four separate accounts that would need to be downloaded individually. I have been using one-step update for a long time without any problems (until now). I haven't consciously changed any parameters that would cause it to stop at December 1. And my Schwab data continues to download without any problems at all. Very curious.

The suggestion to try a web-connect download was not intended as a permanent substitute; just to check whether you could connect with BofA for any type download.

You did not say whether you tried Deactivating and reActivating your account.

Yes, I tried that; worked for 3 of my 4 accounts, but for the 4th (my primary one) it then double counted many entries (with a yellow check in the number column). So I deleted the account and started over. Same result. So I deleted most, but not all, of the double transactions to get the total to reconcile to the online account. I still have a bunch of entries with the yellow check mark, not sure what they mean, but at least my totals are now correct. Somewhat klugey to say the least. The bigger question is why did this happen in the first place? Must be a Quicken bug somewhere, though it seems to have affected only my BofA accounts and not my Schwab accounts. But thanks for your suggestions.
