I have had a recurring problem downloading my accounts into Quicken
2005; in the past, I would delete the downlaod option, reactivate it, and away I went.Now, with a checking account, it tells me that downloading is unavailable, there isn't even an option to activate it.
If I go to my credit union's site, I can readily download the information, then Quicken (Slowen?) tells me that I have downlaoded information for an account that doesn't exist and owuld I like to open a new account for the information. This for an account that I have downloaded data for several years (at least when Quicken will allow me).
Any hints??
