What steps have you taken to try to get the account to download?
[I've had no problem downloading from Fidelity Investments or Fidelity NetBenefits this week - or any recent week I can recall.]
OK I now see the problem. Error message was that "your financial institution does not recognize the account FIDO traditional IRA" This account was deleted almost 3 years ago. I just deactivated the downloading of transactions for this account, and all is well now.
