I kept having a problem with transaction downloads from my accounts at Raymond James. After I selected one account, all the rest would just send the same file. I wrote and called them and all I got was directions to clear the caches. On a guess, I went back to FireFox to logon. Guess what, it worked fine! The problem was obviously that their system didn't work with Google Chrome. I had gone to Chrome because so many pages were screwed up in FireFox. Problem solved.
