Is anyone here using Elan Financial Services for your credit card and downloading transactions to Quicken? I am using Quicken v11 R8, and cannot seem to get Elan Financial Services to download transactions (either from within Quicken or directly from their website). No error message is displayed, but transactions listed on the website are not downloaded? Would appreciate any insights others using this service might provide.

I have been using both Elan Quicken for some time. Quicken is always tempermental with regard to downloads for me. It will work fine for several months and suddenly stop. Currently, I am able to download just fine. I set up using the steps for download in Quicken. When it stops working, I download the files from the website and open them in Quicken. Good Luck.

I have other cards and don't have any problems downloading from Quicken on any of them, just this one. Thanks for the reply!
