Until recently I backed up Quicken 2007 on to a Western Digital Portable Hard Drive. For the past week I have been unable to back up Quicken data to my WD Hard drive. When I try, a window pops up stating, "the disk is not ready." Yet, I can copy and delete files on my WD HD which seems to be operating normally, except with Quicken. Also I can backup Quicken to any of my Flash drives without problem.
Can anybody recommend a fix to restore the WD HD as a backkup device for Quicken?
