Running XP SP3, 1 G Ram - Using Quicken 2009 Rev.5
Tonight Quicken shut itself off twice and I lost a few of my most recent entries. Anyone else having this problem?

Yes! There was a report of that for Q2008 here just last week. See the thread, "Quicken 2008 just disappears (exits in the middle of certain operations)", started by jainraje on 4/3/2009. No resolution - or diagnosis of the cause - yet, so far as I know.
