Quicken 08 no longer will do a one step update

Is anyone else having a problem with One Step Update?



I am able to click the icon and click "update now" but the dialog closes and nothing happens. No erorr or anything. It simply does not update. I was able to "Pay bills in Quicken" and update the two pending electronic transactions I had.



Things were working fine before Thanksgiving (11/20/07) so I'm not sure what changed on my system since then but I'm hoping that there was some kind of update that stopped this and a patch is available.



Let me know if you are having this problem.

Hi, Scott.

It worked as usual for me this afternoon (4:29 pm CST), but it doesn't work tonight. I get about the same reaction that you get. Several tries produced a few variations - but no quotes, which is the only thing I download.

Hi, just once more, Scott.

My last post was premature, I guess. Now all the stocks and averages are updated on my latest try. And 11 of 13 stocks are UP! ; Hi, Scott.
