Quicken 2012 Start-up Splash Being Changed

When I update my Chase Visa Card activity, Chase apparently changes my Quicken

2012 Start-up Splash to it's Chase Splash. I go in and rename the Chase Splash and Quicken reverts to it's Splash. But, the next time I download my credit card activity, Chase puts their Splash back in. Is there a way I can prevent Chase from changing my start-up Splash?

Thanks charliec

Intuit gets paid for those advertisements. It helps keep desktop Quicken financially viable.

Ok, what I did was take the Quicken Splash.png file into a photo program - ACDSee v9 and convert it to a .bmp file - Splash.bmp and stored it in the Quicken folder that Chase stored it's .bmp file in. With to Quicken and downloaded from Chase Visa transactions, closed Quicken and restarted. It retained the Quicken Splash.png type logo. So, so far, so good!

A slightly different slant on this: is there some way to make the splash screen go away? Many programs do have that as an option but it looks like Q doesn't [OTOH, if they get revenue from leasing-ad-space on their splash screen I guess they certainly wouldn't let you turn it off].
