I had to reinstall Quicken 2007 after a system crash. When I would run Quicken after the reinstall, I kept getting this question "do you want Quicken to mointer all downloads from fin. insts - I finally said yes. But now, every few seconds, I get an hourglass on my mouse pointer and when in Quicken, the screen flickers when this happens.
Does anyone know of this mointer and how to undo the requested action?
