Raymond James

I am still not getting downloads from Raymond James to Quicken. What should I do. Report says it cannot make a connection.

When you ask a question, you need to supply (at a minimum):

- Quicken year, release and edition (such as: Q2020 R27.28 Deluxe)

- any error message text (and number, if available)

- if financial institution downloading is involved, the "Connection Method" being used (found on the Online Services tab of the Edit Account Dialog for the Quicken account)

- reasonable detail describing the steps you take and the results you get

- the specific steps you have taken to try to avoid/repair the problem
