OK, When I do a web connect download I get a lot of transactions with the payee names being an address?. If I know they are all "Publix grocery store", how do I rename them all at once without having to do each one seperately. In Money, there was a payee list, I don't see one in Quicken or did I miss it. Thanks as I'm a newbie..... Tim

Probably by using Find/Replace.
Edit > Find & Replace > Find/Replace
Quicken payees *may* be found in the Memorized Transaction List, the Address List, and the Online Payee List (if you do online billpay) - there is no "payee list however. But that's not how/where you change the payee name on existing transactions (which I assume is what you want to do).
If you have Q2005, you may be able to have Quicken rename the payees for you when you download, using Renaming Rules.
