Suddenly Can't Download Web Entry Transactions

Greetings,

I routinely enter transactions at Quicken.Com's web entry & download them when I get home. I have found this is particularly useful for cash transactions. All of a sudden Quicken won't download web entry transactions giving the error message: "No status message". Any assistance would be appreciated.

Try reconnecting to quicken.com through Quicken:

  • Select Edit: Preferences: Customize Online Updates * Toggle on Change my Quicken.com Member ID and password the next time I run One Step Update * Run One Step Update * Follow the login instructions.

Don't know really. All the accounts I want to use there are there. My guess would be that you configure in Quicken, what accounts you want to show up on the web, perhaps which ones you want for web entry. Don't know. I'm not at my home PC right now.
