Tax related flags don't show in Quicken 2012

I finally upgraded my 2012 Deluxe ot the 2012 version that I've had for a while. It took a while but seemed to complete OK. But if I go to the register, tax related items that ha d a red checkmark in 2010 don't have anything to distinguish them in 2012.
