TT09 requires "Run as Administrator" under Vista?

I had a post to my blog from a TT09 user that he was unable to run the program unless he used "Run as Administrator". I don't have a Vista machine to test it with.



Anyone else seeing this and/or explain why it is happening?

Not so, in my experience. Running just fine. Vista Ultimate 32-bit
