qkn 2009p r2, vista 32bit. Installed as administrator, have been opening in a limited user acc't as administrator until today though I could open in the administrator acc't. Now I can't run as administrator only open by left clicking & am unable to access in the administrator acc't with an error message that the administrator does not have permission. Am guessing this is a vista issue not qkn, but in case someone has an answer would appreciate knowing how to solve.
