Contents if moveable, buildings if fixed to the wall
Bukldings
Contents if moveable, buildings if fixed to the wall, or possibly covered by another maintenance contract

Just my opinion. Best to confirm it with the insurance co. If you get buildings and contents from two different people, they will argue it is the other one that covers it.
In that case - why would a carpet, say which is glued to the floor, be "Contents" but a tiled floor be "Buildings"?? A glued carpet is just as permanently attached as glued floor tiles...
Fair enough. Fitted carpets would be buildings, movable rugs would be contents, on the same basis as, like the man said, fires and radiators would be contents if movable, buildings if fixed to the wall.
He also classed bathroom suites and showers as buildings, and they would include tiled walls, wouldn't they, and why should tiled floors differ from tiled floors?
