Morgan Stanley claim to not have chip+sig available, but will offer 'strip+sig' to people who don't want to/can't deal with Chip+Pin. Which is a quantum leap forward over Capital One.

Pity MSDW only offer 1% cashback on first 2k£, then 0.5% (except, of course, for 'brand new customers only' until Sept 05. Have to laugh when the MS platinum card advert comes up juxtaposed with the Nationwide 'BNCO' adverts. 8>.
