Having trouble logging on. Enter ref no and password, which takes me to the "memorable information" page, but having entered the data there and pushed Enter on Continue, it bumps me back to the log in page. This has happened quite a bit recently, but it seems a permanent fault now. The memorable information characters required seem to have stuck on the same numbers recently suggesting it may be their c*ck-up, but could anyone please confirm

Could it be a browser issue? Clear cookies & cache. Try another browser.
**Just got someone to use mouse on the "continue" button, rather than the keyboard and it worked. Not satisfactory at all.
