Rec'd a letter from MBNA asking me if I wanted an additional credit card. They told me it was all pre-approved and all I had to do was sign the slip at the bottom of the letter and return it to them. Rec'd a letter back from them two days later and they said that my 'application' (didn't know I was applying for it - thought it was pre-approved), had not been successful and they would not be sending me an additional card.
What was the point in that?
