OK - I feel kind of stupid......I've made a balance transfer from my new Virgin credit card to my egg card giving me a credit balance of £8k on my Egg card - now I want to move this to my Virgin One Account returning my balance at Egg zero...but I can't work out how to do it!....can some helpful person give me a step by step idiot proof guide please?

(Add the virgin account into money manager, then ) click on make a one off payment and pick the appropriate account to move from and to.

hmmm, does the above really work? When I've done this in the past I just go into "balance transfer" and select "overdraft", then pop in the virgin sort code and account number.
Under "Move Money"
Transfer the 8K from your Egg A/C to the current account/overdraft using "Balance Transfers"
You'll need to enter sort code, account number, account name(s) and the 8K you want to transfer
